No. Shambhala has different types of apartments, with variations in size, distribution, floor, and views. Each type is designed for different ways of traveling and stays.
Do the photos exactly match the apartment I'll be booking?
The photos represent the reserved type, but there may be small differences between apartments of the same type in terms of location, orientation, or views.
What differences are there between the types of apartments?
The main differences are in the distribution (one or two floors), size, type of outdoor space (terrace or balcony), and in some cases, the views. The description of each type explains these characteristics.
Do the apartments have an equipped kitchen?
Yes. All apartments have an equipped kitchen, which allows for a comfortable and independent stay.
Is there daily cleaning?
No. Since they are holiday apartments, daily cleaning is not provided. The change of towels and sheets is done every few days or upon request, according to the stay conditions.
Is a deposit required?
A deposit of 200 euros for damages will be requested upon arrival, which will be made with a credit card and will be refunded in full upon check-out after the accommodation has been reviewed.
Are the views guaranteed?
The views may vary depending on the location of the apartment within the complex. When a type includes specific views, they are described in an indicative way and are not guaranteed absolutely.
Can I change apartments during my stay?
In some cases, reception may assign a different apartment within the same type, always subject to availability. Specific changes are not guaranteed once the stay has started.

Shambhala is located in a quiet area. However, absolute silence cannot be guaranteed, as there are common areas such as the pool and the natural environment of the island is part of the experience.
